Demand Letter & Power of Attorney from Employer

The recruitment process begins when the overseas employer issues a Demand Letter specifying the required number, category, and qualifications of workers. Along with this, a Power of Attorney authorizes Dibyaratna Consultant Pvt. Ltd. to represent the employer in Nepal for all recruitment-related activities.

Pre-Approval from DOFE

Upon receiving the official documents, the company applies for pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) in Nepal. This ensures that the recruitment demand complies with government rules, labor laws, and ethical recruitment standards before any hiring activities begin.

Advertisement & Application Collection

Once the pre-approval is granted, the job openings are advertised through national newspapers, online portals, and local networks. Interested candidates are invited to submit applications, ensuring wide visibility and fair access to employment opportunities for all eligible applicants.

Candidate Screening and Interview

Applications are carefully screened by our HR experts to shortlist qualified candidates. The shortlisted individuals are then interviewed either by employer representatives or our professional recruitment panel to ensure they meet the specific job and skill requirements.

Medical Examination & Fitness Verification

Selected candidates are required to undergo a complete medical examination at government-approved health centers. This step ensures that all workers are physically and mentally fit to perform their designated roles in accordance with the host country’s health and safety standards.

Calling Visa & Visa Stamping

After the candidates pass the medical check-up, the employer arranges a calling visa from the destination country. Dibyaratna Consultant then assists in visa stamping and finalizing all related documentation through the concerned embassy to ensure a smooth and lawful deployment process.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Before departure, all selected workers attend a mandatory orientation program conducted by Dibyaratna Consultant. This training covers cultural adaptation, labor laws, company policies, and travel guidelines to prepare them for a successful transition to their new working environment.

Labor Department Final Approval

Following the orientation, the company obtains final approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE). This official clearance confirms that all recruitment procedures have been lawfully completed and that the workers are eligible for overseas deployment.

Deployment & Post-Placement Monitoring

Once all approvals are secured, the workers are deployed to their respective destinations. Dibyaratna Consultant maintains continuous communication and monitoring even after deployment to ensure worker welfare, compliance with employment terms, and client satisfaction.
